Koratari Clean Water Project
In 2020 the Prosowa Foundation, together with the Koratari project in New York, will donate 8 water filters to the least fortunate communities of La Guajira, Uyaraipa communities, and Father Wilmer Silva’s Dining Room Project in Palomino with the goal of improving health quality for families and children.
The filter donation is carried out through a joint effort with Hilo Sagrado and Corpoguajira. To date, three filter systems have been purchased and their delivery is postponed due to the COVID-19 emergency. Corpoguajira, a governmental entity allied to this project, is committed to installing the filters in the area once the order postponing all activities in the countryside is lifted, so as to protect communities and families of the region.
